Lovely stay, as always. Impeccably clean accommodation, welcoming and accommodating stuff. The breakfast for our needs. Incredible and brilliant location for enjoying restaurants and bars near the hotel. Restaurants and bars next door.

The room was cosy with double bed and it had wake-up service, that's cool.

The Hotel is stylish, clean & friendly. The restaurant was busy and had a nice atmosphere.
The room was small but we recieved a good rate so we can't complain. It was bright, clean & fit the bill for one night!

It suited our needs, for access to the Cleethorpes cricket ground.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful.(One member of staff moved her own car to enable us to park close to the hotel). The whole hotel is clean, well appointed and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. The sheets and towels were very good quality. The shower was efficient and easy to use. The cooked breakfast was also of good quality and nicely served. I would recommend this hotel.
The hotel does have it's own car park(for about 10 vehicles) behind the hotel, but at busy times it is necessary to "double park" which can be a litle awkward when leaving, or else you have to park on the street in front of the hotel, which was quite congested whilst we were there(first week end of school holidays in July.)

Having booked via the internet was very impressed with the comfort, cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff also the excellent food in the restaurant. The hotel was a few minutes walk from the promenade and the shopping area. The front of the hotel had an outside seating area with tables, chairs and parasols along with 2 covered seating areas and the most beautiful display of flowers in hanging baskets and troughs. Would certainly book again the next time we visit Cleethorpes and have already recommended the Hotel to friends.
No complaints at all

The arrangement of the shower meant that the room was musky - damp smelling and some of the plaster was coming away from the walls

Nice friendly atmoshere. The food in the restaurant was excellent. They cooked my breakfast just how I like it (and that doesn't happen very often in any hotle I stay in!)
The car park is very cramped and if you're an early parker you could get trapped by later arrivals

I liked the location of the hotel. The reception, lounge and dining room areas were very good and also the area outside with tables and chairs. The bed-linen was spotless and the beds comfortable.
I was a little disappointed in the room itself as the base of the walls had peeled back to the plaster and appeared to be a little damp. Also the bathroom (wetroom) the water tended to go all over everywhere and was not easy to regulate. The ventilating machine in the bathroom - when switched on for the light - took about 20 mins to switch off again and made the most awful rumbling noise. The breakfast had quite a good choice but, however, I found the full English cooked breakfast was not as warm as it should have been. Personally I thought the room was slightly overpriced.

Very friendly staff and good food
Parking is tricky, I got blocked in and early checkout is difficult before 7.30 ( but these are minor points)
